Here is my progress picture from 28th February until this week. It's 22.5lbs down and I'm feeling great.

Hi There!

I'm Jenny. I really wish I'd done this a long time ago and I did consider it many times but here I am. Currently, I'm about 12 months into my weight loss journey, I'm 22.5lbs down from where I started and one million times happier! 
I want to create this blog to share my workouts, meals and daily life really. I have a strong #fitfam on Instagram and hoping to get some inspiration and inspire others on this too.
